碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 幼兒教育學系研究所 === 101 === This study aimed to investigate the public kindergartens Childcarer’s staff who look forward to working pressure right career choice affect the current situation and to explore different background variables of public kindergartens Childcarer’s impact on job expectations, job stress and career choice difference situation, as well as public kindergartens Childcarer’s staff who look forward to the degree of work-related stress situations. This study used self "public kindergarten staff background Childcarer’s basic information", "public kindergartens Childcarer’s staff who look forward to Scale", "public kindergarten staff working pressure Childcarer’s Scale" and "public kindergarten staff career choice Childcarer’s volume table "as a research tool, six counties in southern Taiwan last semester academic year 101 serving public kindergartens Childcarer’s staff member 242 as samples for investigation. Based on the findings of this study to obtain the following conclusions: 1. different background variables public kindergartens Childcarer’s staff have high expectations for the work expected of a "teaching area" 2. different background variables public kindergartens Childcarer’s impact on job stressors, mainly "highest degree" and "teaching area" 3.different background variables on public kindergartens Childcarer’s staff career choice will have an impact 4.public kindergartens Childcarer’s staff who look forward to a significant correlation between working pressure 5. public kindergartens Childcarer’s staff who look forward to the "pay for work" level will affect their career choice 6.public kindergartens Childcarer’s staff working pressure of "relationships", "classroom management" and "workload" level will affect their career choice Keywords：childcarer's、career expectation、working pressure、 career options
