Then put the results of the survey into statistical analysis. The research found out that: 1. The students who participating in the mother language course has great attitude on learning the mother language. 2. Those who don’t participate in the mother language course has negative attitude on learning the mother language. 3. Four fifth of students who participate in mother language course make bad results on school studies. 4. Among the participating students, those whose school grades remain the same have better cognizance on learning attitudes than those whose grades are going down after the course. 6. For students participating in mother language course, even though the education levels of their parents or family types are different, there is no difference in learning attitudes from students. According to the results of the studies, this research offers suggestions as below: 1. Offering an environment for the new immigrants’ family that use mother language will not only be beneficial for children to get interested in the mother language but also building a diverse mind towards culture. 2. Integrating the mother language course into elementary school’s program as well as connecting to the communities’ learning network will be a developing goal for school. It will also arise the understanding of new immigrants’ culture for the residents in the community. 3. The educational department officers administration should put the mother language into elementary school’s official dialect program. Running the mother language system well will put the mother language into great cultural advantages. It will provide different language learning environments and cultivate global perspectives.
