Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 幼兒教育學系研究所 === 101 === This study aimed at investigating the relationships among peer relationship, classroom atmosphere and bullying behavior for the primary grade of elementary school students in Yunlin County.
The study employed survey research method. Regard first and secend grade teacher as the research object . The questionnaires were mailed to 338 elementary school teachers in Yunlin County. A total of 229 valid samples were obtained. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0.
The major findings of this study were summarized as follows:
1. The peer relationship of primary grade of elementary teachers is middle-high in the scale.
2. The classroom atmosphere of primary grade of elementary teachers is middle-high in the scale.
3. The bullying behavior of primary grade of elementary teachers is middle-low in the scale.
4. There were significant differences on peer relationship for primary grade of elementary school students with different gender teachers.
5. There are significant difference atmospheres of primary grade students who are in elementary schools of different scale and place.
6. There were significant differences on bullying behavior for primary grade of elementary school students with different gender and scale school teachers.
7.There were significant correlation between classroom atmosphere and bullying behavior.
8. Classroom atmosphere could effectively predict bullying behavior. Good classroom atmosphere could reduce bullying behavior.
Finally, according to result of study, propose several suggestions to teachers of elementary school, school and educational administration and for future study direction.
