It will gradually become immigrant-cultivating society dominated by Han Chinese. In the process of reclamation,there are many Family plays a leading role in local development.The most important one is Si- Zhang Lin’s Family from Zhangzhou in Qianlong Times. Si- Zhang Lin’s Family not the first family of the region into Cihtong.But when the Lin’s brothers settled in Citong ,they reclaimed farmland in Gancuo and operated Tangbu of an old type in Puzih. Increasing wealth and philanthropy makes Lin’s Family became to the notable family and great clan in Citong. In the Japanese-Occupied Period,The Lin’s Family establish favourable Government-business relation by used the status of local elite. Through of reclaimed farmland in Taipomei and operated Tangbu of the reform type in Puzih. The Lin’s Family always plays a leading role and never changed. Promote Cihtong alley which can not compare with Gancuo and Shuzijiao to be politically and economically centre.In Post-War, Land Reform and Industrial structure transform, the study of the effects of economic on the powers became decline, but The Lin’s Family still have enormous influence. The sticking point is Xuan-tian God. Xuan-tian God ceremoey is Hometown gods, It is not only became the Spiritual sustenance when The Lin’s Family arrive Taiwan, but also let them join forces, and move forward a single step urge The Lin’s Family turn into “The final the notable family and great clan in Citong”.
