Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 機電工程學系 === 101 === The purpose of this thesis is to deal with the analysis of stress status sustained by the elements in the structural component of the Lathe. In this article, convenient calculation and design are employed to obtain the basic configuration of the elements. Further, the maximum spindle motor power is also utilized to simulate the force sustained by the spindle during machining. In addition, the tail stock push quill pin thrust and the maximum temperature rise when the spindle is operating are also considered. After being analyzed by the ANSYS software, the optimal 17mm of rib thickness and 14mm of lateral rib thickness are obtained in presenting a safety coefficient at “2”. Through a standard design process, we provide a systematic way of thinking for new designers to use as a basis in order to provide an optimized design for their products.
