The human-machine interface of the computer software-defined oscilloscope and signal generator is similar to the traditional measurement instruments. And an electronic circuit experiment is illustrated to verify the measurement and analysis functions. This thesis also proposes a computer software-defined vector signal analyzer. It uses ADC module and FPGA board to acquire the measurement data. The human-machine interface is designed by MATLAB software. The computer software-defined signal analysis instrument can effectively improve the measurement flexibility and efficiency, and the cost of the overall measurement equipment can be reduced.
