碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 資訊管理學系所 === 101 === Changhua County’s Governmental inter-agency resource integrating Service system provides the household registration and the interagency data circulation and integration service functions among authorities.It Simplifies the application process of social welfare and enhances the efficiency of greater convenient services to the people, Changhua County Government provides one-stop services to facilitate the public social welfare application process. On this study, the research method is literature analysis and Delphi technique, to reach the common consensus of the experts and scholars on the critical success factors to promote Changhua County Government’s inter-agency resource integration services system. It resulted in six dimensions and eight sub-topic as list: (1) the organize operation (2) users to participate in (3) service of the IT department (4)the system benefits (5)convenient service benefits (6) the ability of outsourcing. It was expected that this study can provide a feasible and concrete direction for the government agencies planning to promote inter-agency resource system, and give solutions to common problems. Hopefully, it can be helpful to these person promoting inter-agency resource system and enhance their working efficiency.
