The needed resources are collected and objectives in each stage are completed step by step. A good financial management can help maintain the relation between a non-profit institution and donators, collect resources consistently, and enhance fund-raising substantially. Each donation should be recorded in detail with receipts for future auditing. This study is to explore the lead-in and effect of the donation management system of a non-profit-institution. Information system success model is adopted with user attitude and behavior intention being the evaluation aspects. Questionnaire survey is used in this study and subjects are those who use the donation management system in the institution. Eighty questionnaires are delivered, among which seventy-five are retrieved with 70 valid responses. The data are analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, validity analysis, and reliability analysis. The hypotheses are validated with SmartPLS. The following findings have been shown having positive significance: (1) behavior intention is affected by user attitude; (2) system use is affected by system quality and behavior intention; (3) user satisfaction is affected by information quality and system quality; (4) system using net benefit is affected by system using and user satisfaction.
