Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 101 === The main purpose of this research is to explore National Industry-related Skill Competition of High School teachers’ leadership style affects the Department of the electrical engineering students’ skill learning satisfaction , and employed methods of interview and structural and non-structural questionnaire surveys as basic modus. The researcher interviewed the teachers in order to acquire the contents of the current plan of technical training for students of the Department of the electrical engineering students. Researcher also interviewed teachers of High school Skill Competition. The purpose of the first questionnaire survey was to figure out variables of the students’ background and current state of learning satisfaction for technical training and skill test. According to the results of the first questionnaire and the research further investigation,we made the following conclusions:
1. Implementation tranning of the High school Skill Competition ,the teachers’ arrangement,field officers’ attitude,and rewards are also exist an established way.
2. Investigate students’ Satisfaction of High school Skill Competition teachers’ leadership style for “integrated” level it is achieve Satisfaction.
Finally, through the findings and conclusions this research had explored and reached, the researcher proposed suggestions to the related authorities of Ministry of Education and teachers of the occupational senior high schools . This research also proposed three research orientations for future researches based on the experience obtained in the process of this research.
