The study explored the relationships among learning motivation , learning achievement and career orientation.
The research is based on a survey of 600 of the junior high school students in changhua who participate the technical arts education. and 541 questionaires turned out to be effective, or 90.1% of the total research population. The descriptive statistics, t-test ,one-way ANOVA, scheffé method and Pearson’s correlation were used to analyze the data.
According to the results of this study,conclusions were as follows:
1. Learning motivation of the Technical Arts Educational of Junior High who had their highest scores in “achievement motivation”.
2. Learning achievement of the Technical Arts Educational of Junior High who was above the average.
3. Career orientation of the Technical Arts Educational of Junior High who had their highest scores in“Career Recognition”.
4. There were not significant differences among part items of learning motivation of the Technical Arts Educational of Junior High based on different background variables.
5. There were significant differences among part items of learning achievement of the Technical Arts Educational of Junior High based on different occupational clusters and school size.
6. There were not significant differences among part items of career orientation of the Technical Arts Educational of Junior High based on different background variables.
7. There was significant posvive correlations among learning motivation, learning achievement, career orientation of the Technical Arts Educational of Junior High.
