Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 101 === The main purpose of this thesis was to discuss related issues about the senior high school teachers' associations in participation of administrative decision-making and school effectiveness. Besides, analyze and compare different participation of senior high school teachers' associations and effectiveness. Furthermore, provide discussions and suggestions regarding the research results for senior high school teachers' associations, administration leaders and related papers as reference. The questionnaire survey was applied in this thesis. The questionnaires were sent to the sample of 400 teachers in 40 public senior high school, both the stratified random sampling and purposive sampling were adopted. Whole of 367 questionnaires were returned, and the effective questionnaires were 357, so the effective questionnaire percentage was 89.25%. The data was analyzed through the application of software SPSS 19.0, and frequency distribution, percentile, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation analysis was adopted. Thus, we summarized as below: 1. The present situation of the senior high school teachers' associations in participation of administrative decision-making: the highest one was “principals’ selection”, and the lowest one was “teachers’ election”. 2. The present situation of the senior high school teachers' associations in school effectiveness: the highest one was “administrative performance”, and the lowest one was “Community connection”. 3. The senior high school teachers’ participation in administrative decision-making was higher than vocational high school teachers. 4. The active senior high school teachers’ associations’ participation in “principals’ selection” was higher than the passive senior high school teachers’ associations. 5. The senior high school teachers’ considered about “students’ behavior’ in school effectiveness was higher than vocational high school teachers. 6. The adjunct teachers of administration expressed well in administrative performance of school effectiveness than regular teachers. 7. The steady senior high school teachers’ associations expressed well in school effectiveness than the passive senior high school teachers’ associations. 8. The results provided positive relationship between the senior high school teachers’ participation in administrative decision-making and the school effectiveness.
