Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 101 === The aim of this project is to understand the core competences of senior high school accountants, providing account office reference of job transformations, hiring employees, job training. The study achieves the goal by the ways of document analyzing, interview, and questionnaire investigation. As for document analyzing, the study analyzes and makes conclusion by collecting domestic and foreign related document. Also, it invertigates initially about the core competences of senior high school accountants to be the basis of the study’s questionnaire improvement. About interview it includes three authorities with full accounting experience. The information also becomes the basis of questionnaire development.In the part of questionnaire, the study questioned the accountants in senior high school to obtain the important and qualified levels and analyzed the difference. By using statistic ways as frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way anova and testing the research assumption,conclusions were drawn as follows:
1.The accountants should have four territoriality area scope abilities core competences. As for the territoriality area scope, the most important area scope is “knowledge”.
2.The senior high school accountants core competencies that with the degree, which have the highest degree of "traits" dimensions.
3.The senior high school accountants positions, majoring in different departments and years of service background variables on the degree of importance of the core competencies have different views.
4.The senior high school accountants are lack of complete core competence.
5.The senior high school accountants core competence is related with job performance, Improve the core competencies can enhance job performance.
According to the result, the study provides proper strategy which can be the reference of account office.
