First, short noncoherent block codes without structures are searched by computers. Then, a scheme of long noncoherent block codes composed of short noncoherent block codes is proposed. Finally, the obtained codes are concatenated with a turbo code for further improving the error performance. Simulation results show that, compared with PSAM, our codes have better error performance.
