Semiconductor industry, middle and lower reaches of the division of labor on a chain. In response to global competition and rapid technological progress, the semiconductor industry has wafer testing job outsourcing to reduce manufacturing costs. However, semiconductor test equipment has the characteristics of the products targeted and the high amount of investment, with the rapid development of products and processes, test equipment unit price is continuous improvement, making a the professional semiconductor plant capital spending upward while testing equipment accelerated the depreciation. The overall test costs accounted for a proportion of the total cost of a single IC also rising as set degree and complexity of the plot. On the other hand, the test industries are often faced with the annual requirements of the customer test unit price lowered. The compression the IC test plant profit margins in a very low-cost, high unit price trend on both sides. IC test plant must re-examine its current business model, to seek a breakthrough operating bottlenecks. Theoretical model of this study, the use of a PEST and industry structure analysis of the opportunities and threats faced by the IC test plant; then view the case soundness ten business model innovation; Finally, the case company should be how to adjust their business models in order to enhance its the ability to create value. The study found that the case company through full advantage of its own R & D resources and broad customer base, combined with the needs of the customer, process and equipment development in line with market trends, and by a team of learning and technology innovation, continuous development of new niche product applications to enhance their competitiveness and lead the development of the market direction key change is the success of the cases taken by the company in a low-interest era. none 鄭漢鐔 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 79 zh-TW |
