Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 運動科學研究所 === 101 === Ballistic training is one of a fast action and in the final resistance freed training. In this study, through three different load ballistic training (15% 1RM, 25% 1RM and 35% of 1RM) analysis of myoelectric signals for quadriceps. The movements were measured by BTS Free EMG (1000Hz), Vicon high-speed camera (100 Hz), the Kistler 9287A measured force plate (1000Hz). Experiment to collect data to rms EMG and excitation frequency comparison experiments measured before and after quadriceps fast-twitch muscle to improve effect. Standing jump, vertical jump, landing stability and eyes closed Adachi explore the elastic shock-training explosiveness and balance stability. The results showed that: 15% of 1RM, 25% 1RM and 35% 1RM group in RMS has significantly improved, while 35% 1RM were higher than the other two groups in the voluntary contraction. The excitation frequency, rectus femoris and vastus lateralis With the increase in training time, the excitation frequency of the G35 group gradually higher than the G15 group and the G25 group of the excitation frequency of the vastus medialis three groups showed an increasing trend, but the three groups between the frequency change is not obvious. In sports performance, the G25 group and the G35 group standing jump reached significant difference; G15 group, G25 Group and the G35 group of significant differences in the vertical jump reached. Landing stability in the G25 group of the G35 group of up to a significant difference; Adachi eyes closed then the three groups were not significant differences. From data to know even if it is a light load can also improve muscle strength and explosive performance, especially the 35% 1RM. The recommended exercise habits can try a light load ballistic training to enhance muscle strength and explosiveness performance, but still need proper warm-up activities with the guidance, in order to avoid sports injuries.
