Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 運動保健學系碩士班 === 101 === The purpose of this study was to construct two forms based on age to determine the level of the overall physical fitness and whether the overall physical fitness was in compliance with actual age. The participants were 32749 males and 36202 females aged 20-64 years old completing the national fitness tests in 2011. The physical fitness test items included sit-up, sit-and-reach and cardiovascular endurance index. This study applied to the descriptive statistics frequency distribution table to transform the original data and the score sum of the test items series was divided into five grades- excellent, good, appropriate, slightly worse and bad by ages to construct the comprehensive assessment benchmark table. Then, all participants’ scores were ranked with the group of 5 years old in descending order to construct the physical fitness age determination benchmark table. In the study, the comprehensive assessment benchmark table and the physical fitness age determination benchmark table were constructed. In the conclusion of this study, the comprehensive assessment benchmark table divided all participants’ overall physical fitness into the ages of five grades by the actual age, and the physical fitness age determination benchmark table represented the physical fitness age by the overall physical fitness to understand whether the participants were in compliance with their actual age.
