Summary: | 碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 競技與教練科學研究所 === 101 === purpose:This study aims to discuss the effects of upper limb strength and aerobic-anaerobic threshold on the specific blood lactate and heart rate of tennis player. Eight elite collegiate players are selected as the research subjects, and basic endurance 2–4 mmol/l, maximum upper limb muscle strength test, and specific test are utilized as the research methods.
With SPSS 18.0 and Sigma 8.0, Pearson’s product-moment correlation is applied to exploring the correlations between specific stroke speed and 1RM competence as well as specific stroke speed and stroke fault rate; besides, dependent t-test is used for testing the change of heart rate in the convalescence, in which the statistical standard is setα=.05.
The research conclusions are shown as below.
1.None of the eight participants appear the aerobic and anaerobic threshold competence and basic strength (1RM) above the standards for competitive athletes, where aerobic and anaerobic present 1.7mmol/l and 3.3mmol/l and the strengths reveal 66kg and 68kg, respectively.
2.The tennis serve performance shows the first group 68% and the last group 66% (p>.05) as lactic acid would interfere the muscular contraction speed or cause decreasing energy metabolism activity with increasing exercise time.
3.The analyses of tennis specific stroke and seated press do not appear the correlation (r=0.1). The (percentage) analysis of stroke speed and stroke fault rate presents negative correlations of the first group and positive correlations of the fourth group (r=0.56).
4.The convalescence of tennis specific tests does not achieve the theoretical standard of lactic acid mean (p>.05), while the heart rate difference at the fifth and the first minute appears 54min-1, reaching the significance (p<.05).
