Summary: | 碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 競技與教練科學研究所 === 101 === The purpose of this study was investigated the effect of one week hypoxia training on weightlifters recovery period of power endurance. Methods: 6 university weightlifters athletes who volunteered to participate in this study. Three test and one week hypoxic training were used in this study, one was 1RM test (upper and lower limb) and threshold capacity test (2-4 mmol/l) and power endurance test. Further, one week hypoxic rowing training set at 13% oxygen concentration at normal pressure environment. The data collected were analyzed by one-way ANOVA, repeated measures, person product-moment correlation and the paired sample t-test with significant level of α=.05. Conclusions: (a) one week hypoxia training can increase weightlifters’ aerobic Threshold ability, but anaerobic Threshold ability was decrease. (b) one week hypoxia training on blood lactic of recovery period of power endurance, upper limb can not adapted, but lower limb Lamax was decreased, lactic remove rate was increased. (c) one week hypoxia training on heart rate of recovery period of power endurance, upper limb was no significant difference, but lower limb heart rate was decreased. (d) The one week hypoxia training period, HR, La and SpO2 was no significant difference. (e) After hypoxia taining, there are no Correlation between V4 ability and Lamax of power endurance test, speculate the hypoxia training can improve weightlifters’ anaerobic glycolysis ability, but V4 ability can not adapted, therefore influence T2 Correlation.
