The purpose is to explore the influences of spiritual learning on insurance sales agents. The main purpose of this research was following: 1. The understanding of the planning and enforcement of spiritual learning courses in insurance enterprises. 2. The understanding of Implementation Methods of spiritual learning courses 3. The understanding of how spiritual learning influences on course leaders. 4. The understating of influences of insurance sales who participate spiritual learning. In this study, the necessary data are collected through action studies, and the subjects are six insurance sales agents. One of them is male, and the others are female. All of subjects have six to twenty five years experiences with management-level in insurance companies, and they are between 30 to 55 years old. The findings of this study are summarized as follows: 1. Contents of spiritual courses in insurance industry, including integrating oneself to others and the relationship between human and Nature. (1) Use full-scale methods as integrating oneself to others and the relationship between human and Nature, bringing spiritual learning into courses. (2) The contents of spiritual courses are including meditation, self-exploring, life stories, concentrating, dialogue with life, change logical levels (1) and (2), realizing one’s true power, gibberish, attracting one’s desires, showing high quality. sustainable energy. All of the 12 units are suitable for spiritual learning. (3) Planning themes which are related to life course, let learners feel familiar with the course, as if they are the leading role. (4) Link human being to Nature, knowing and approving one’s own step by step. 2. Body’s natural rhythm, music, meditation, talking about life stories, and watching movies, groups share are methods of delivering spiritual learning courses. (1) Body’s natural rhythm, music, meditation, talking about life stories, and watching movies are suitable for spiritual learning. (2) With the concept of using each method in turn, expanding various ways of activities. (3) Make good use of the power of groups, doing activities as games to enhance relationship between learners and build trust. (4) Create a relaxing, safe, and positive atmosphere. 3. The enforcement of spiritual learning acquires significant influences to leader includes: found that old habits shackles, set far higher vision of life. 4. The enforcement of spiritual learning acquires significant influences to learners includes: gain courage to face the true self, use positive ways to mend relationship, love their work, valuable work meaning construction. Finally, according to the conclusions, this study presents recommendations for insurance company’s department of training, insurance sales agents, spiritual leaders to learn and future research.
