Abstract
This research mainly discussed Guoxing Village, Nangun Village and Shiman Village,
and took these three featured community care centers for examples. It investigated the
form of the role playing of the community care center. By analyzing the merits and
defects of the service, community feature and community execution, we can understand
how a community mobilizes these resource to form every center and create featured and
permanent developing centers. By means of this, we understand the real needs of the
seniors and hope to examine the situation of the senior care centers in many aspects.
This provides the reference to promote the service of the senior care centers.
This research mainly discussed the role and developmental strategy in Guoxing
Village and the improvement of the seniors in the community. By profound interviewing
in the research, there are important findings as follows:
(1) It is not effective to send greetings on telephone in the plan of service.
(2) Let the seniors to participate the planned teaching and health improvement activities
in centers.
(3)Volunteer service people’s attitude affects how many the seniors participate.
(4) Permanent management in community and insufficient specialists cause it difficult to
manage centers.
(5) Provide service in safety medicine usage to let the seniors become healthier.
(6) Too many heads in community policy development cause the community can’t look
after both sides.
(7) The feature of care centers is in the management mode that the local people take care
of the locals.
(8) Participate center activities and help improve the body and mind and health.
(9) The main function of the care center’s plan is to slow down old becoming.
According to the upper research , this study submits the suggestions as follows:
(1) We need to encourage the community residents and the local officials to participate
together and pass the community experience.
(2) We should establish mutual functions and exchange the experience.
(3) The government should consider the policy of human power and budget subsidy.
(4) Centers should provide assistance appropriately to professional human power.
