碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 航空太空工程學系專班 === 101 === Given the defense budget crunch has become a trend, and how the conditions of a limited budget, can still maintain the effective operation of weapons systems, is necessary to confront currently one of the topics for the ROC Armed Force. United States Armed Forces were also confronting the same problem by developing the Performance-Based Logistics (PBL). It is proven indeed to effectively reduce the cost and improve Mission Capable Rate (MCR). This study discusses Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) of the U.S. military Content of execution and essence. To examine the Total Life Cycle Systems Management (TLCSM) of ROC Air Force Fighter and research from the point of Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) to against the current difficulties in effective solutions of the feasibility assessment. This study analyzes the fleet of problems from the view of Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) solutions.
