United States Armed Forces were also confronting the same problem by developing the Performance-Based Logistics (PBL). It is proven indeed to effectively reduce the cost and improve Mission Capable Rate (MCR). This study discusses Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) of the U.S. military Content of execution and essence. To examine the Total Life Cycle Systems Management (TLCSM) of ROC Air Force Fighter and research from the point of Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) to against the current difficulties in effective solutions of the feasibility assessment.
