Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 光電科學與工程學系 === 101 === In this thesis, conversion from amplitude-shift keying to phase-shift keying using the period-one dynamics of optically injected semiconductor lasers is investigated. To understand the system of optically injected semiconductor lasers, nonlinear dynamics of the system is first analyzed and a mapping of different nonlinear dynamical states is obtained .Next, the conversion capability of the proposed system is studied through both static(no data included) and dynamic (data are included) analyzes. The static analysis investigates the conversion efficiency of the proposed system. The dynamic analysis studies the quality of data after format conversion.
