In recent years, increased network usage, internet users in their daily lives or work for the impact was greater than in the past. For network dependent and more over the previous, how to maintain network reliability and reduce the time of barriers will become network maintenance personnel must pay attention to one of the topics. This thesis focuses on telecommunications companies access Fiber To The Buliding architecture in the access network equipment. Use Borland C++ software written an access network equipment real-time detection of obstacles system. And test the actual access network equipment have been put into operation to verify the correctness of the system detects obstacles. In order to achieve the rapid detection of abnormal network equipment status and shorten network barriers time to repair. Using this real-time detection of obstacles system let the time of detect obstacle shortened from the original 15 minutes to 5 minutes and shorten the time to repair barriers to keep the network reliability.
