It has also tended to be dynamic preservation rather than static preservation. This represents the preservation concept has changed with the accumulation of researches. Because of the location of many important cultural heritages are often in the city center. If the surrounding area of cultural heritage can provide ecological opportunities, that will have many benefits to local resident and urban environment. Therefore, with the trend of sustainable development, the regional cultural heritage conservation should build up the intransitive value of eco-system. The surrounding area of cultural heritage can be used as steppingstones in the urban green space network. These surrounding area should provide not just cultural value, but supporting eco-system in a city. Heritage Corridor is a linear cultural landscape has a special collection of cultural resources, financial and recreation, cultural and ecological protection of heritage protection and ecological protection in one combined in order to achieve sustainable development of regional and urban, identification and the establishment ofthe green cultural heritage corridor, to be as a regional and urban ecological infrastructure and the construction and protection. Full historical trajectory in Tainan, the ancient capital, the opportunity to save the cultural heritage area hinterland as a chunk of the urban ecological networks and the formation of a network of ecological and cultural and cultural heritage around the hinterland. The empirical base select Tainan City, the cultural heritage of the Old City historic district stronghold combination of regional network. First, studying the impact factor about cultural heritage and urban ecological network through literature review. Second, establish the expert questionnaire to filter out the intersection factor of regional preservation and urban ecological network. Then calculate the indices of landscape ecology. Then to analyze the whole network benefits and ecology value through fieldwork. The multi-directional value of regional conservation of cultural heritage through the study shows that to understand the cultural heritage of the composite landscape ecology theory and practice. The use of this questionnaire framework and then modify or increase or decrease in line with the need to assess base, so the questionnaire structure and more suitability. Fieldwork with the valuation calculation bases of the historical district of Tainan the conditions superiority and disadvantaged for the planning and design of the improvement benchmark shows Tainan City corridor and network systems are quite weak. Need to strengthen road street tree planting bases to facilitate links.
