Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 航空太空工程學系碩博士班 === 101 === Abstract The study of the aviation safety in Taiwan Government Helicopter No matter in countries all over the world or in Taiwan, the accident rate of helicopter stays at a high level. According to the statistic, the accident rate of private aviation transportation service worldwide is four times per million hours in 2010, six point five times per million hours in 2011, ten point zero eight times per million hours in 2012. Civil Aviation Authority has eight helicopters and thirty five official helicopters. The official aircraft is a major portion of helicopters, and those helicopters fly frequently. So the research of the helicopter’s aviation-safety has sufficient reference value. It's discuss the risk which we faced in principle of helicopter, helicopter aviation feature, and related law in helicopter; Therefore, we gather and anlysis the data, which have domestic accident of helicopter in 12 years. In order to realizing the reason, the degree of risk in aviation mission, we interview the senior pilot by questionnaire. The performance of helicopter, weather, night time, mountain, maritime is the key of the risk factors. The combined factor will increase the risk significantly. After realizing all risk factors, we apply limited sources to plan the long term and short term strategy according to the importance of priority, achieving the result in improving safety in aviation.
