As mature in Taiwan’s motorcycle industry, who is to expand and to develop their international strategic. This research is focus on the leading companies of motorcycle industry, face on the marketing globally, they have dedicated themselves to developing their manufacturing operations, and made a great performance in the world. Base on the network theory, this paper sets for the leading companies of Taiwan’s motorcycle industry such as SYM, KYMCO and Yamaha to understand the strategy alliance of supply chain. The three main findings of this paper are as follows: (1) to set up the oversea investment, the Japan’s motorcycle industry have better performance then Taiwan, specializes in the use of the supply chain network relationships. (2) The international brand developing, the brand value has been demonstrated less then Japan’s motorcycle industry. (3) Under 150c.c. models of the scooter, Taiwan’s motorcycle industry have top one performance on business value creation, and on small scooters supply chain alliance has formed industrial competitiveness.
