By taking expatriate who are assigned to Myanmar as main object of research. Through actual visits to Myanmar to distributed the actual and online questionnaire, and get back 95 questionnaires. Using factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to carry out an analysis of the relevant dimensions. The following results were obtained: There are significant positive relationship between cross-cultural motivation and expatriate adaptation; and significant positive relationship between expatriate adaptation and expatriate performance, and significant negative relationship between expatriate adaptation and intend to return early; The correlation between cross-cultural motivation and expatriate performance are fully mediated by expatriate adaptation, and the correlation between cross-cultural motivation and intend to return early are partial mediated by expatriate adaptation; The mediation effect of host language fluency is not support.
