Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 化學系碩博士班 === 101 === Metallic oxidatioin reaction is an important method in organic synthesis. In the past decades, it has been widely used for synthesis of various organic compounds. This thesis will be developed in different metallic oxidation reaction to synthesize benzo[b]acridine derivatives. This thesis is divided into four parts, the first three parts is using different metallic oxidation reaction to synthesize benzo[b]acridine compounds, the fourth part is synthesis of benzo[b]naphtho[2,3-f]azepine via iodine promoted cyclization.
