Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 土木工程學系碩博士班 === 101 === It is terrain in Taiwan, and there are many high mountains in the small island. In order to cross these complex terrain, there were many roads and bridges had been built to provide a smooth transport network. But the majority of domestic highway bridges, faced with issues such as damage or deterioration. They have to be taken care by the bridge management system life cycle maintenance. So we have make a good maintenance strategies that keeps bridge in good safety situation and using bridge maintenance budget effectively, and build effective bridge maintenance optimization model is the best way to solve the problem. The research proposed a bridge fuzzy multi-objective optimization model, and it used the method of resolving angle ambiguity proposed by Lai and Hwang (1992).Those objectives are “minimize rehabilitation cost in service period”, “maximize bridge condition index in service period” and “minimize concurrent maintenance times in service period”. The first objective “minimize rehabilitation cost in service period” used to find rehabilitation strategies combinations that costs minimize rehabilitation cost and keeps the bridge components index higher than safety level. The second objective “maximize bridge condition index in service period” used to find a rehabilitation strategies combinations that make bridge components in high safety situation. The third objective “minimize concurrent maintenance times in service period” used to find rehabilitation combinations that has less effective with users and minimize user cost.
