Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 101 === Emergency lighting equipment is mainly used to provide lighting once temporary power failure. According to the regulation, such facilities must be checked regularly to ensure their normal working condition. However, currently the checking duty depends on human operation only, resulting in a high running cost. This problem posts a difficulty to realize the checking process in real circumstance. Therefore, the development of automatic checking device is indispensable. The desired system should be capable of carrying out an automatic checking mechanism, and the battery should be also discharged in a certain period to prolong its working life. Besides, the checking report must be obtained to meet the regulation criteria. This paper aims to design a “Hardware System and Layout for Portable Wireless Handset of Emergency Light Checking” to achieve the following target: (1) Provide the automatic mechanism for checking purpose, including a perpetual calendar and checking hardware/software system.. (2) Design a wireless portable device with a straight direction for signal transmission and receiving. Experimental results are presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed system.
