In this paper, self-developed heat pump drying machines and test system, using PI-PD feedback control strategy, and with pulse width modulation (Pulse Width Modulation, PWM) technology to control auxiliary condenser and refrigerant flow, the heat pump dryer temperature and humidity for duty control,In the case of low-cost protection of compressors. General public on energy saving heat pump dryer in the application, already have the basic knowledge and methods of energy conservation has been a considerable degree of awareness. However, for energy conservation is efficient? Whether it can achieve the expected results? And how much was the initial investment costs are reasonable? Generally continue to use the traditional simple payback period (Simple Time To Payback, STP) method, rarely made more effective assessment program. In this paper, the heat pump dryer energy-saving programs, consider the use of the time value of money raised recycling rate of return (Discounted Cash Flow Rate of Return, DRR) method, recovery rate of return (DRR) taking into account tax, depreciation, and interest and other price fluctuations can be effectively accurate assessment of energy-saving heat pump dryer expected results.
