Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 101 === With the energy exhaustion and global warming these two threats of major factors, people are gradually increasing environmental awareness. Committed to reduce carbon emissions, and reduce consumption of natural resources and the environmental impact are the direction of work together and specific performance of human to care planet. Nowadays, the development of renewable energy sources such as wind and solar power as an era of technological trends, although the cost and quality of renewable energy of fossil fuels are not good enough, but a good method of solution. Wind power is currently one of the most mature renewable energy technologies, and is currently one of the most widely used, which is assessed to be the most viable alternative energy sources. Wind is not a lack of natural resources, and will not emit any harmful substances. Taiwan's energy import dependence is extremely high; however, as the island nation of Taiwan, wind energy resources are abundant, very suitable for the development of wind power. It can effectively solve the Taiwan dependence on fossil fuels. Therefore, Taiwan's production of wind energy development and utilization of green energy have a more importance state. An objective point of view, the wind power has the advantage of the conditions. Taiwan's renewable energy power of development and applications are become the first choice.
In this study, we use program evaluation and review technique (PERT) combining fuzzy multi-objective programming method to solve large-scale wind power generator assembly process. And construct certainty, probability and fuzzy multi-objective these three mathematical models. Mainly consider both the entire crew management planning project total cost, total completion time and total crashing cost three important goals. After calculations, time and cost trade-offs can be obtained under the approximate optimal value, as a project officer in the different circumstances of the best project planning considerations.
