Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 101 === This study explored the perceptions of practitioners of different backgrounds in the drive metal processing industry regarding the implementation of green productivity by the industry. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 9 companies in the drive metal processing industry. A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed, and 187 were retrieved, with 156 valid samples and a valid recovery rate of 78%. Data were analyzed using times distribution, reliability and validity analysis, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe post-event comparison, and the t-test method. This study found that subjects of different genders do not have a difference in the perception of green production; subjects of different ages do not have a difference in the perception of green production; subjects of different educational backgrounds do not have a difference in the perception of green production; subjects of different working positions do have a significant difference in the perception of green production; subjects of different years of experience do have a difference in the assessment of the perceptions of green production. The results showed that there were only significant differences on respondents of different job duties and seniority whereas no significant differences were seen on the three other items. All practitioners, regardless of backgrounds, had slightly insufficient cognition of green productivity. Hence, it is necessary to reinforce education and training on practitioners.
