Its structure is analysed by powder x-ray diffraction. The superconducting transition temperature Tc decreases with the increase of Fe-doping content. A semiconducting behavior appears for high Fe composition samples(x 0.08). The transport properties are strongly dependent on the Fe dopants. Six peaks of Raman shifts are located at 110、140、220、335、470 and 571(cm-1). The 470 cm-1 mode has obviously shift with increasing Fe composition.
