Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 高階經理人碩士在職專班 === 101 === In this research we introduce a new agriculture open innovation marketing model that is successful application at kiwifruit in New Zealand. After conclude and sign contract of ECFA, competition in agricultural product is increase with the China that opened the country up to trade. However, how to concentrate negotiation power that can reduce pricing campaign is an emergency problem in Taiwan. Therefore, in this research we introduce single window marketing model to solve the research problem. We use in-depth interviews to comparison and analysis. We find those producers who focus on farm commodities growing is disapproval the single window marketing model due to unfair value distribution. On the opposite, the producer who breeding、growing and sale prefer to accept single window marketing model due to concentration effect on market.
