This study uses the MOG to explore core competence and aim the agency and customer as the research sample for the future investment of resources and the strategic direction of the market development. The researchers made a total of 35 valuable services, conducted a questionnaire survey. Finally, this study were collected 22 agents questionnaires were 362 consumer questionnaires, 92.8% of the total of 384 questionnaires recovery. The empirical results show, the case company agents and consumer awareness of the most important top 10 valuable services as follows: “product design beautiful”, “online free to do the software update Services” , “The product manual and detailed” , “great importance to customer feedback”, “the great brand image that enhance your consumer willingness”, “the case company give agents the professional level of goods”, “set the standard market price reaches the price transparency”, “product part adequate supply”, “held key product classes (EX.3GX Video Tutorial)” and “the staff has the professional level”. The “products” and “services” are the mainly valuable service for the case company in the future investment of resources and market development that need to pay attention to this part of the integration of resources, as a core competence of enterprises explore.
