A growing number of construction companies consider integrating with building industries to create market niche, and increase profits. However, a systematic analysis model of relational performance is grossly overlooked. This research aims to explore the relational performance of integrating construction with building industries. The relationship between relational performance and relationship types and relationship members are two main assumptions. This research takes a construction company integrating with building industries as an example, and the data was collected by semi- structural interviews. The research concluded that relational performance is not significantly affected by relationship members, but affected by relationship type. Strategic alliance relationship provides the customized service and decreases the monitoring cost. The construction company can get the construction case stably. On the other hand, interactive investment relationship let construction companies have the ability to develop land resource. Besides, it access to higher level of trust and willingness to continue to cooperate in the future. The systematic analysis model of relationship performance will help managers implement the relationship strategies more effective. 蔡明志 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 37 zh-TW
