Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 高階經理人碩士在職專班 === 101 === Since the main idea for goal management is to convert enterprise’s demand into departmental and personal goals, the task of managers is to keep the employees’ personal goal in line with the organizational goal. In this study, we will explore how goal is made and phased in. In addition, what problems could be expected during execution, solutions to it and counter strategy for it. This study will is based on the actual case seen at “H” enterprise. Also, we will be giving analysis and solutions to the problems seen during the goal management phase-in process. Hopefully, the content of this study could help the enterprise on goal management and therefore increase the enterprise’s performance.
