Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 資訊科學與工程學系所 === 101 === For security services in wireless sensor networks, key management is the challenging issue and plays a central role to provide secure communication between sensor nodes. Therefore, this thesis proposes a novel key management scheme with time-bound constraints for the wireless sensor network which is designed for the need of healthcare services in the hospital environment. A wireless sensor network senses patient’s vital body signs through medical sensor nodes deployed on patient’s body area, and the proposed scheme can help the registered medical staffs or professionals to avoid disturbing the patient during resting and also collect the patient’s physiological data wirelessly in a secure way within a fixed timescale. The physiological data of the patients could also be transmitted to medical cloud automatically and instantaneously via wireless devices and the Internet for allowing medical professional to access personal electronic medical records safely and quickly from any location. The proposed scheme can not only help hospitals to establish and improve the electronic patient medical record system and hospital management information system, but also integrate medical resources in different areas and help patients acquire suitable medical resources. We hope that the proposed solution would be able to strengthen the healthcare data security and reduce the cost of healthcare information systems in the near future.
