Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 會計學研究所 === 101 === The purpose of this study is to investigate how technological similarity, technological diversity, and R&D intensity influence the effectiveness of interorganizational cooperation over time. We tested our hypotheses by collecting 7 years firm data from Taiwan Information Electronic Industry companies. At first, we find the effectiveness of interorganizational cooperation increases over time, but it gradually decreases. In addition, as time goes by, technological similarity has a negative impact on the effectiveness of interorganizational cooperation. Our findings also show that as time goes by, technological diversity has a positive impact on the effectiveness of interorganizational cooperation. However, we do not find a significant impact of R&D intensity on the effectiveness of interorganizational cooperation.
