Currently, Eumuco method can be a reference for designing roll forging process. To use this method, no matter what shape of billet, the section of the first pass can be oval or square, but in the second and fourth pass, the sections are square. The third pass section is oval. According to this rule, and using Eumuco charts, it can be easy to complete roll forging process design. However, to be convenient to get material and design, in this study, it will make round rod for example, and change the section of the second and fourth passes in Eumuco square to round. It will use Finite Element soft-ware DEFORM to establish new chart and design roll forging process of rod by new charts, also make process simulation and analysis in DEFORM.
