In order to increase the efficiency, cost down and improve the service level, most of companies have certain experience of outsourcing. Taiwan printing industry, they have adopted outsourcing for 50 years. Now, Taiwan printing industry faces saturated market and low price competition. Under the limitation of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), most printing companies outsourced some operations with external supplier. The business environment changes effect SMEs market share, so they hope to save more cost through outsourcing. This research contributes to find out exist or innovation outsourcing model could help Taiwan printing industry. The author interviewed five SMEs senior managers who involve outsourcing-decision to understand the real outsourcing practice in printing company. The research finding shows that logistics outsourcing is common use for printing companies. The author suggests case company to use the new logistics outsourcing model which was proposed by Soinio et al. (2012). This research gives a new approach for Taiwanese printing industry.
