Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 水土保持學系所 === 101 === This study presented the relationship among the district vegetation growth conditions, rainfall and temperature in Chiayi area. Based on the land used situation and topographic pattern of Chiayi. The study area is divided into five categories as: city, rice cultivation, dry cultivation, orchard and forest regions. The research also collected the normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) derived from SPOT-VEGETATION during 1998 – 2012, and the rainfall as well as temperature recorded gathered from Central Weather Bureau. The Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT) was used to analyze the time series data and to obtain the time-frequency spectrograms of NDVI, rainfall, and temperature. The Pearson correlation analysis was also used to obtain the relationship among vegetation index, temperature, and rainfall.
