Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 化學系所 === 101 === A new type of secondary phosphine oxides (SPOs, 3a-3d) containing N-P bond have been successfully prepared. These ligands are stable toward air and moisture, and thereby are good for long time storage. In addition, crystal 3e grew under appropriate condition with suitable size and its structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. After screening ligands 3a-3d for Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction, ligand 3a exhibited satisfactory efficiencies. By contrast, 3d performed well in preset condition for Heck reaction. It is worthy of noting that this methodology for making N-P bond containing SPOs is unprecedented.
