Summary:碩士 === 國立政治大學 === 經營管理碩士學程(EMBA) === 101 === Most of the domestic SMEs for ERP implementation, are based upon the production and marketing processing. By our actual observation, either the SMEs or the case F Company are generally showing the tendency of falling behind or just becoming a management process concatenation phenomenon and it cannot achieve the leading management and risk prevention effects. In addition, it may influence the flexibility of the management of the SMEs within the system operation process. This study investigates and discusses the inter-relationships of the ERP implementation on business performance. The results are briefed as follows: (1) ERP implementation can increase the competitiveness of enterprises; (2) The cost of ERP implementation is highly related to the firm size; (3) The recognition on ERP implementation has a significant impact on the annual revenues of enterprises; (4) ERP implementation can improve business performance. (5) The Design Thinking methodology can help redesign an effective order management process of the ERP system currently used by the case company.
