| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立政治大學 === 行政管理碩士學程 === 101 === As “E-government” has been advocated for more than 10years, the quality and quantity of the Internet and e-services usage has obviously progressed. To enhance the document delivery timeliness and improve document efficiency, electronic documents have become one of the best solutions. To handle electronic documents, police agencies have set up E-official Document System with digital signature feature which may also results in different aspects problems.
To find out the problems and the possible solutions, the author used qualitative research method, documentary analysis and depth interviews in this thesis. By doing so, we may identify the problem about this issue, come up with strategies to deal with them. And also provides some recommendations to other agencies who want to build E-official Document System.
Hoping this research will help the government to realize the policy of E-official Document System, and make it complete.
