Massive quantities of tires are discarded every year without resource reuse efficiently. The waste carbon black from pyrolysis is a massive part of residue which need careful handled. Because it still neglects safe recovering method for reuse, this issue has not been fully processed into a commercial form for harvest. As an adhesive powder, their swift as fine particle with unprotected screening; the possibility of human inhalation would seriously cause hung problem. As the promotion of green industry, pyrolysis for producing diesel is gradually accumulated, the need for careful treatment is now cannot be ignored. Therefore, this study tried to establish two procedures for the solidifying of carbon black for recycle use. The optimal importation ratio for making carbon bar includes: 1. Amending 50%W/W of wood chips before extrinsic for ease of extrusion, with amend Trichoderma would decrease combust efficiency. The explanation for lowering primmer a which is reason is by hygroscopic with a heat content -549.6(cal/g). Add Trichoderma not suggest in making bar full with amending biomass, e.g. on developing the resource recovery process, one important item is study the solidifying method for dewing solid fuel. The second item is too make adsorbent through sawflies activation for carbon powder, in which phosphoric acid is implode as a myrtle. 2. In making of adsorbent by similar mixing formation and procedure. The product gathered after activation and heat baking. However, without bacillus adsorption has only 9%. Adsorption of bacteria, due the experimental group internal bacteria residue caused adsorption rate lower than without bacteria samples has 86%. However, due to the mixture of different doses lead to strains of polymerization is different, and adsorption effect will be affected. The mixture is 5% and 10%, and the adsorption effect is 25% and 82%. But the mixture is 10%, the adsorption effect has improved because the adsorption rate close to the control group. Waste carbon black adds Trichoderma strains to the produce adsorption material have a direct effect. For the most adsorbents conditioning although each also necessary to improve the production conditions, but the preliminary results, the carbon black by recycling has potential in the adsorbent production.
