The power supply adopts voltage source class-E circuit. In order to reduce the voltage stress of the used switch, a two-switch topology is designed and implemented. Through the switching circuit and a step-up leakage transformer, the input 220VAC is transformed to 2000VAC and a capacitor-diode rectifier doubles the voltage to 4000V DC. This thesis analyzes the circuitry and designs the required circuit parameters. Finally, an AC220V 1200W magnetron power supply is implemented to verify the analysis and design.
