Description
Summary:碩士 === 明志科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所 === 101 === In Taiwan, the dental equipment belongs to the small amount of diversity and customization of small and medium-sized enterprises OEM production. As the use of object is human being or it is placed in medical institutions, the manufacture process must meet certain standards and quality requirements. The bottleneck in the assembly is the work is done by hand, so, the staff’s experience and technology staff makes a big difference in result. The quality technology approach from the customer feedback, process analysis, causal matrix to discover the assembly problem, and then improved by TRIZ practices, brings this company more competitiveness and interests without changing the method of assembly and parts costs, also improving quality and reducing assembly variation created by labor work. Through TRIZ method, finds out the principles of the invention, "35, 28, 02, 24", and its possible options # 35 parameters changed by changing the length of the brake pads and scrap iron hardness to reduce personnel to adjust the time and it will not have to change the overall structure and assembly methods. TRIZ method to identify the principles of the invention "35" parameter is changed, should permit that by changing the brake pads to shorter and brake mechanism, its costs will only increase $ 105, but can be entirely free from human to adjust the time. A reduced of 16 minutes Production time per unit and improving brake pickups live issue, will reach its up to 13.8 days to complete the 100 machine assembly. These two points meet customer’s need. The Principles recommends the motor part of the fourth-generation models replaced to motor brakes, and gears to rotating belt. These parts can reduce assembly adjustments. It can adjust the motor speed which in turn can mix other materials to increase its functionality.
