To explore the relationships among different types of 3D image display, heartbeat changes, and balance ability, this study combined 3D equipment with heart rate watches to collect desired information. The collected data regarding the differences in fluctuations in Biodex Balance System was analyzed via pair T and ANOVA. The results have shown that in traditional COP measures, there is a significant difference in fluctuation magnitudes (fluctuation, quiet standing) under 3D images and 60 minutes. The ANOVA analysis of heart rate variability (HRV) comparisons with different fluctuation magnitudes and time-span has that as time increases sympathetic closer to significantly affect (p <0.05), while watching 45 minutes parasympathetic inhibition condition, the two are mutually antagonistic but complementary state. According to the effect of protracted watching of 3D images on heartbeat and balance, appropriate breaks are suggested when viewers are focusing on objects for a long time.
